2025-08-05 09:06:31Bybit trading fees vary between Non-VIP and VIP users. As part of our VIP Program, users can unlock progressively lower trading fees by reaching higher VIP levels.
The VIP level is determined based on either your asset balance or your trading volume over the past 30 days, whichever qualifies you for the higher tier. Users are only required to meet one of these criteria to qualify for the corresponding VIP level and its associated trading fee discounts. For instance, if a user holds an asset balance of $1,500,000 (qualifying for VIP 1), but their 30-day Spot trading volume reaches $10,000,000 (qualifying for VIP 3), the user will be upgraded to VIP Level 3. This means they will enjoy all the benefits and discounted fee rates associated with VIP Level 3.
VIP levels are refreshed daily at 7:00 AM UTC. Subaccounts will automatically adopt the fee structure of their Main Account. Please note that the trading fee rate applied to your orders is based on your VIP level at the time the order is placed.

The Fiat trading fee rates applied to your account will depend on your trading volume or VIP level, whichever is higher. For example, a VIP 3 trader with a 30–Day Spot Trading Volume of 50,000 USD will benefit from the VIP 3 trading fee rates of 0.0750% for taker orders and 0.0625% for maker orders.

Notes:
— Asset Balance = Total Wallet Balance of All Accounts, including assets staked in Liquidity Mining Product.
— 30-day average effective net borrowing (USD) includes borrowing from Spot Margin Trading, Launchpool, and Crypto Loans.
— Trading Volume for Derivatives Trading includes the total trading volume of Inverse Perpetual & Futures, USDT Perpetual, USDC Perpetual & Futures, and Options.
— TradFi trading volume and assets will count toward the VIP calculation. Please note that Forex/CFD trading volume will be subject to a 10x multiplier compared to crypto perpetual. For example, if your forex/CFD trading volume is 10M, it will be counted as 1M in derivatives trading volume for the VIP requirement calculation, due to the 10x multiplier. This means you would need to trade 100M in Forex/CFD to meet a 10M derivatives trading volume requirement for VIP status.
— Funding fees received or paid will not count toward trading volume.
— Trading volume from both the Main Account and the Subaccount will be considered.
